    Vraiment efficace

    Lors d'une première cure il m'a semblé constater une amélioration légère de mon sommeil. Après un arrêt de quelques mois, et le retour d'un sommeil haché et peu profond, je suis repartie pour une cure de 3 mois. Dès les premiers jours la différence est nette, je m'endors plus rapidement, je me réveille moins, je suis plus reposée.

    Des problèmes structurels d’endormissement depuis de nombreuses années où le mental faisait barrière au sommeil, depuis que je prends cette cure d’une gélule, 80% de mes nuits sont apaisées . Je vais tenter la prise de 2 gélules lorsque j’identifierai que cela m’est nécessaire pour atteindre les 100%. Merci Alexandra pour la qualité et les bienfaits de vos produits.
