2 capsules per day in the morning on an empty stomach.
Continuously: take a 2-month course of one to two capsules per day, then continue with 1 to 2 capsules per week to maintain your microbiota.
Occasionally: after taking antibiotics, it is recommended to follow a minimum 2-month treatment. Otherwise, at each change of season, i.e. at least 4 times a year.
Taking probiotics is particularly recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
