DELIVERY

Delivery Methods

Deliveries are carried out by the Post Office's Colissimo service, from Monday to Saturday.

Delivery delay

Allow a maximum lead time of twelve (12) working days for delivery in mainland France and twenty (20) working days for international delivery (except Canada).

Metropolitan France :

Colissimo without signature: €5.90

European Union: International standard: €12.9

Other destinations: International standard: €29

Free delivery of 49€ purchase

Public Holiday or Special Operation

The delivery time may be increased by ten (10) days.

So that these deadlines can be respected, make sure that you have provided accurate and complete information concerning the delivery address (such as, in particular: street number, building number, staircase number, access codes, names and/or intercom numbers, etc.).

RETURNS

Deadline and Terms

You have fourteen (14) days from receipt of the order to return your item.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, in its original, new, unopened condition. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund
Reimbursement of the order is made no later than 72 hours from the date on which the Package is received by the logistics team.

The refund will be made using the same payment method as that used to pay for the order.

If the customer fails to comply with these General Terms and Conditions, YMT will not be able to reimburse the products concerned.

In all cases, return costs are the responsibility of YMT if the Product delivered to the customer is different from the product ordered or if it is delivered damaged.
