    Une belle surprise ! Des nuits réparatrices

    On m’a offert cette cure et je dois avouer que j’ai adoré. Mes nuits étaient réparatrices et pourtant je suis une jeune maman avec le sommeil hachés.

    Je m’endormais très vite et me réveillais en pleine forme.

    Je n’ai pas eu de problème en fin de cure pour me rendormir sans.

    Vraiment efficace

    Lors d'une première cure il m'a semblé constater une amélioration légère de mon sommeil. Après un arrêt de quelques mois, et le retour d'un sommeil haché et peu profond, je suis repartie pour une cure de 3 mois. Dès les premiers jours la différence est nette, je m'endors plus rapidement, je me réveille moins, je suis plus reposée.

We consider that we can offer them capsules from the age of 7.
The dosage can be adapted according to the weight of the child in comparison with a 60 kg adult (divide the recommended dose by 2 or give 1 day out of 2 may also be an option).

What time of day should I take my capsules?

AJYPNOSE food supplement capsules should be taken in the evening, 30 minutes before bedtime, with a large glass of water.
