Advice
Use each morning before breakfast and brushing teeth.
Hold the ends of the tongue scraper between each hand and place the rounded part at the back of the tongue. Scrape the tongue from back to front while exerting light pressure (start in the middle and then on each side). Rinse after each use.
Copper oxidizes naturally over time, this does not alter its anti-microbial properties. To restore the shine of the first days, rub it with a soft cloth dipped in a mixture of white vinegar and table salt and rinse with lukewarm water. -
