ADVICE

Use every morning before breakfast and brushing teeth.
Hold the ends of the tongue scraper in each hand and place the rounded part at the back of the tongue. Scrape the tongue from back to front while applying light pressure (starting in the middle and then on each side). Rinse after each use.
Copper naturally oxidizes over time, this does not alter its antimicrobial properties. To restore its shine, rub it with a soft cloth soaked in a mixture of white vinegar and table salt and rinse it with lukewarm water.

    Ce gratte langue est incroyable! Je suis sujette aux boutons sur le dos et le visage depuis mon adolescence et depuis que je me gratte la langue tous les matins, ils ont totalement disparus.
