    J'ai commencé la cure il y a 10 jours. Une révélation pour moi, j'ai connu AJY après mes vacances, sans m'en rendre compte j'avais commencé à mangé les épices liés à mon Dosha. J'ai commencé par le test Dosha, et j'ai décidé en complément d'une alimentation lié au Kapha, de prendre les compléments alimentaires. Je n'ai pas pris un gramme depuis le début de cette découverte.
