    J'ai commencé la cure il y a 10 jours. Une révélation pour moi, j'ai connu AJY après mes vacances, sans m'en rendre compte j'avais commencé à mangé les épices liés à mon Dosha. J'ai commencé par le test Dosha, et j'ai décidé en complément d'une alimentation lié au Kapha, de prendre les compléments alimentaires. Je n'ai pas pris un gramme depuis le début de cette découverte. Je compte prendre d'autre compléments alimentaires notamment Ajycapil. Je suis plus que satisfaite.

    Pas d'amélioration sur ma silhouette, en revanche associé aux gélules détox j'ai le ventre moins ballonné

    Diminution des fringales!!! À voir sur plusieurs mois pour les effets au long terme! Mais je suis convaincue de l’efficacité!

    J'ai pris un mois de cure, je ne vois pas encore des effets flagrants, mais je sens moins de gonflement. Je continue la cure, je verrai par la suite
