    Ingredients: Fucus (Fucus vesiculosus) thallus extract, Maltodextrin, yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) with selenium, Vitamin B12, Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) extracted from lichen, Vitamin B6, B2, B9.

    The maltodextrin in our capsules is organic corn flour. It is a natural and gluten-free excipient.

What form of Vitamin B12 is present in AJYVEG?

We are on the form of vitamin B12 which is cyanocobalamin. Methylcobalamin and cyanocobalamin are 2 forms of B12 produced in the same way. In fact, the shape of the molecule does not affect the process of converting vitamin B12 in the body. Because the initial molecules are always degraded before they can be assimilated: there is therefore no B12 more "active" than the other. Most studies show similar absorption levels for these 2 forms of B12.
