Spring Detox

In Ayurveda, spring is considered an ideal time to perform a "detox", in order to rebalance our body and mind after winter. During the winter months, our body tends to accumulate toxins, called "ama", resulting from weakened digestion and stagnation caused by the cold and lack of activity.

A spring detox aims to eliminate accumulated toxins, restore the balance of the doshas (vata, pitta, kapha), and revitalize the body and mind. It can include practices such as intermittent fasting, consuming detoxifying foods and drinks such as warm lemon juice, herbal teas, as well as the use of traditional Ayurvedic remedies such as triphala.

Ayurveda also encourages holistic wellness practices such as yoga, meditation, mindful breathing and self-massage, such as abhyanga, to stimulate lymphatic circulation and eliminate toxins.

Première cure que j effectue , je me sentais un peu fatiguée et sans peps , après 5 ans de traitement je voulais faire une cure de detox du foie et en plus je suis végétarienne et les capsules ou gélules sont animales ..j ai du coup commandé ajydetox , je fais confiance ,des produits végan et je suis ravie au bout de 2 semaines je me suis sentie mieux et je retrouvais mon peps

Tout en douceur
Je termine mon mois de cure qui celle ci est vraiment très bénéfique.
La cure est douce, efficace je me sens moins voir plus du tout ballonné!
2 gélules le matin et personnellement la journée se passe très bien !
Je ne prends plus de probiotique que je prenais en début de repas (un soulagement)
La digestion est nickel, je ne peux que conseillé AJY après avoir plusieurs essais ou je n’allais pas au bout des cures (depuis 3 ans😵‍💫)
L’état d’esprit de la marque est simple et les ingrédients sains on ne peut faire que confiance à celle ci, je continue… à voir sûrement un abonnement 🤗

At what time of the day should I take the AJYDETOX dietary supplement cure? ?

The AJYDETOX food supplement cure having a diuretic action, we recommend taking it preferably in the morning or at noon to avoid nocturnal awakenings.

Why is it recommended to take my treatment in the morning?

It is advisable to take your treatment in the morning, ideally during breakfast, as this is when the elimination organs are most active. The purifying plants contained in our formulas are particularly effective at this time.
