Vegan Golden Milk or Haldi ka Doodh, also called turmeric latte, golden milk or Ayurvedic milk, is a very popular drink in Ayurveda and consumed to improve digestion, reduce inflammation and promote sleep thanks to the spices it contains.
It is a hot drink made from vegetable milk, turmeric , ginger and cinnamon which gives it this vibrant orange-yellow color.

How to prepare Vegan Golden Milk?
Preparation: 5 minutes
Ingredient - for 2 cups
2 cups of plant-based milk (almond, oat or coconut)
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
Heat the milk then add the spices and coconut oil. Mix well for a few minutes to avoid lumps and enjoy.
Optional: you can add star anise, pepper and agave syrup for sweetness.
