Vegan Golden Milk or Haldi ka Doodh, also called turmeric latte, golden milk or Ayurvedic milk, is a very popular drink in Ayurveda and consumed to improve digestion, reduce inflammation and promote sleep thanks to the spices it contains.

It is a hot drink made from vegetable milk, turmeric, ginger and cinnamon which gives it this vibrant orange-yellow color.
